When I woke up this morning and started to think about what my hopes were for the New Year I kept coming back to this: Right the ship. I feel like this pertains to all aspects of my life (business, marriage, children, friendships) and is going to be the mantra for myself as well as Balance for 2019.
To me, "Right the ship" doesn't mean change course or fix something that is wrong but work on making what we have right. The right product mix, the right amount of contact with customers, the right amount of time we spend with family and friends. Dialing in what is important and being ok with letting go of the rest.
The wheels are turning in my head and I think we are going to have some exciting new things to share with you this year. Better product selection in store and online, better order fulfillment for our online shoppers and more curated collections/ how-to-wears on our blog and on Instagram.
As we go into our third year at Balance, I want to thank all of our customers, family, friends and employees for your support. With your help we are continuing to evolve what it means to be a Balance Babe: A girl with a Sunday morning kind of beauty, daring thirst for adventure and a mind of her own.
