About the artist: Bart Hopkins currently moved back to Oahu after living in Middletown RI with his wife and two sons for 20 years. He has been creating these mosaics for over 15 years and draws inspiration from his love of nature, the ocean and a lifetime of living and working on the coast all over the country.
