Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

All orders will ship via your preferred carrier: USPS or UPS.  Domestic orders over $100 receive FREE economy shipping!  Orders placed with The Salty Babe will generally ship within 2-3 business days. Once your order is fulfilled and shipped, you will receive a Shipment Notification with a tracking number.

You will receive a “Cancelled Order” notification if there is any reason your order will not be able to be fulfilled or cancelled for other reasons. If you need to cancel an order please email us within 30 minutes and we will do our best to accommodate, however it may not be possible to cancel once orders enter our fulfillment process.

Missing Package But Tracking Shows it is Delivered

Occasionally, tracking marks packages as delivered before it is at the address. Pls allow 24-48 hours after a delivery confirmation. Many times the package will be delivered within this time frame.

In the meantime...

-Check with neighbors, packages can be mis-delivered to a nearby door or mailbox. 

-Pls contact your local USPS and provide them with your tracking number. If you can speak to your postal person directly they may be able to give more information on to where and when the package was delivered.

If the package still is not recovered, pls visit and file a claim. 

We ship with tracking numbers on all packages to ensure they arrive to each customer. Once we hand over shipments to the USPS or UPS, we are not responsible for the loss or damage of a package by the Postal Service. 



We are trying to be as ecologically minded with our packaging, thus your item may ship without a poly bag or with a recycled one. Please know that all items sold are in new condition and we are choosing this method of packaging to help reduce unnecessary plastic waste. 


We hate when things don’t work out, but we hate complicated return processes even more, so we’ve made it as simple as possible.

Being a small brand with inventory constantly changing, we offer store credit only for items returned within 14 days of delivery. Any return received past 30 days from the date of purchase will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense.

Customers are responsible for all return postage by either a) receiving a pre-paid label in exchange for a $8 deduction from their return, or b) receiving a return authorization and shipping via their preferred method.

All markdown items are FINAL SALE and may not be exchanged or returned.

To begin your return please email us at including your Order# in the subject line. All returned items must be in original condition, with tags in place. Once we receive the returned items, you will receive a store credit within 24hours. Shipping is non-refundable. 

IMPORTANT: The items returned to us must be in original condition with the original tags attached. Any items that appear to have been worn, washed or altered in any way will be refused, and sent back to customer. 

Please take care when trying on items, as we cannot accept items that have any makeup stains or that smell of perfume/soap/smoke etc…

Returns are not accepted on sale items, hair products, or intimates; these are FINAL SALE.


To exchange an item:

  • Place a new order for the item you want
  • Then begin the return process, including a note that the return is part of an exchange
  • Once the original return is received and reviewed, you will receive a refund for the original item less shipping charges.


Unfortunately we cannot accommodate international returns or exchanges at this time. By placing an order for international shipping, the customer agrees to pay all taxes and customs duties when the package arrives in said country.
