We offer returns for store credit only for items returned within30 days of delivery.All returned items must be in their original condition with the original tags firmly attached.Any items that appear to have been worn, washed, altered, or have makeup or perfume stains will be refused.Please note that all markdown and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

To keep things simple, we don't do direct exchanges.If you need a different size or style, the fastest route is to return your item for store credit and place a new order for the piece you want.To initiate a return, drop us an email at hello@thesaltybabeshop.com with your Order # in the subject line, and we will guide you through the next steps.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs.You can choose between two easy options: A)Request a pre-paid return label from us, and an $8 return fee will be deducted from your final store credit, or B) Receive a return authorization from us and ship the package back using your own preferred tracking method with no deducted fee.

Once your returned package reaches our hands and is reviewed by our team to ensure it's in original condition, we process your credit fast! You will receive an email containing your store credit code within 24 hours of your return being processed.Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
