Orders
We process and pack orders quickly to get them out to you as fast as possible. Because of this, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order is submitted. If you made a mistake with your shipping address or sizes, please email us immediately at hello@thesaltybabeshop.com, and we will do our best to catch it before it leaves our studio.
We are so sorry if this happened! We inspect every piece before it goes out, but if you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please email us within 5 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can sort out a replacement for you right away.
Only one discount or promotional code can be applied per order. If your code isn't working, double-check that it hasn't expired and that the items in your cart aren't part of a markdown or sale collection, as most promo codes apply strictly to full-priced items.
You can absolutely stack multiple gift cards on a single order! However, you cannot combine multiple credit cards or separate payment methods. If your gift card balance doesn't cover the total amount, you can pay the remaining balance using our standard checkout options or flexible payment methods like Afterpay.
Shipping & Returns
We offer standard $5.99 shipping on orders under $75. Keep an eye out for our free standard shipping thresholds on orders over $75, which will be automatically applied to your cart at checkout.
Once your order is processed (usually within 1–2 business days), standard domestic delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, while express delivery arrives within 1–3 business days. International delivery windows vary by country and destination.
As soon as your package is labeled and ready to leave our hands, an automated shipping confirmation email will land in your inbox. This email includes a direct tracking link so you can follow your Salty Babe pieces every step of the way.
Yes, we love sending our pieces worldwide! International shipping rates and delivery timelines are calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Our Products
To keep your swimwear looking beautiful season after season, always rinse it in cold water immediately after use to remove chlorine, salt water, and sand. Hand wash with a mild detergent, avoid wringing out the fabric, and lay it flat in the shade to dry. Never put your swimwear in the dryer or wash it in hot water.
We love keeping our collections fresh, curated, and exclusive, which means some limited-edition styles won’t be restocked once they sell out. However, for our core essentials, you can sign up for restock notifications directly on the product page by clicking "Notify Me When Available."
All of our bikini tops and bottoms are sold as separate pieces. This allows you to mix and match styles, play with custom color pairings, and choose the exact individual sizes that give you your perfect top-and-bottom fit.
Our collections are designed for a comfortable, lived-in feel. While most items fit true to size, some linen and lifestyle pieces are intentionally cut for a relaxed or slightly oversized silhouette. We highly recommend checking the specific fit descriptions and model dimensions listed on each product page to find your ideal fit.
Returns & Exchanges
All returns are processed forstore credit only. We do not issue cash or credit card refunds. Your store credit will be issued in the form of a digital gift card code, which never expires and can be used on any future purchase across our entire site.
To maintain strict hygiene standards, all swimwear must be returned with the original protective hygiene liners securely intact. Additionally, any items that show signs of wear, washing, alterations, or have makeup, deodorant, or perfume stains will be refused and sent back to you. Please note that all markdown and sale items arefinal saleand cannot be returned.
To initiate a return, simply send an email to hello@thesaltybabeshop.com with your Order Number in the subject line. Our team will review your request and send over a return authorization along with the exact shipping instructions to guide you through the process.
To keep our inventory moving quickly and ensure you don't miss out on your size, we do not process direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, the fastest route is to return your original item for store credit and use that credit code to instantly purchase the new size on our website.
